Terms of Service

1. What Peakxy is
Peakxy lets you chat with AI coaches for topics like career, dating, fitness, and mindset. Coaches are artificial-intelligence personas, not real people, and their responses are generated by AI. Peakxy is for personal growth and information — it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 (US).
2. Your account
You need an account to use Peakxy and must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't use Peakxy for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to attempt to break or overload the service.
3. Plans and billing
Peakxy has a free tier with daily message limits and paid subscriptions (Starter, Plus, Pro) billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices and plan limits may change; we'll give notice before changes affect an active subscription. Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable fair use.
4. Refunds
If Peakxy isn't for you, email support@peakxy.com within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund it. Renewal charges are generally not refunded, but reach out — we're human about it.
5. Your content
Your chats belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them (including via the AI providers in our Privacy Policy) solely to run the service — syncing your history across devices, generating coach replies, and improving your experience. You can export or delete your data in Settings.
6. Disclaimers
Peakxy is provided "as is." AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation — use your judgment before acting on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@peakxy.com.
