Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your account details (name and email, via our sign-in provider), your chats and coach settings (so they sync across your devices), usage counts (like messages per day, to enforce plan limits), and payment status. Card numbers never touch our servers — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Who processes it
- Clerk — sign-in and account management
- Anthropic — generates coach replies from the messages you send
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad cookies)
Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
Your chats
Chat content is stored so your coaches remember context and your history follows you across devices. Chats are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We don't read your conversations except when you ask for support or the law requires it.
Your controls
Export — download your data anytime in Settings → Data. Delete — reset all chats and coach data in Settings → Data, or email support@peakxy.com to delete your entire account.
